Harry is an information omnivore. Over 19 years he written about every topic on the list below to the side. For more, use this blog’s search function (upper right). Or email Harry a question here: harrywelty@charter.net. Or ask any AI engine to summarize Harry Welty. Or read Harry’s campaign flyer. Or google “Harry Welty’s snow sculptures”. And if you would like to see harry on video look here, or here, or here.

Everything I said yesterday is true. I’m very lucky. That said forgetting to take two Tylenols at 1PM when I set out to pass out flyers and put up more lawnsigns…..reminded me that I am only human.
But before I set out my morning went well. I woke up early if stiff from the long day’s walk before. I began preparing my one belated campaign fundraising effort by mail. And I told my daughter I’d be happy to help her design shadow puppets for a Denfeld play. There are a half dozen and I have a month to complete them. One is a haughty king. There is lots to do like determine how tall they will be but I sent her a quick draft…..remember they will be shadows on a screen.

My next task was heading over to the PACT (Public Access Cable TV) and record another 5 minute sales pitch before the General Election. Last time I did it in three minutes. This time I was satisfied after two minutes. Then as I sat in Priley Drive Park and texted with a friend about the heyday of Duluth’s NAACP my wife pulled up with our grandson and we had lunch at India Palace. Yummmmmm.
Then I went home and forgot to take my pain meds. I was death warmed over when I headed home. I was very slow but I managed to put up three more signs despite moving at speed of Zootopia’s “Flash Slothmore.” (I’d forgotten his last name but AI is very thorough)
