My old email devils advocate has sent me this intriguing blog piece by Gred Manikow a Harvard economist. I’d take some time to comment on it but I’ve just heard breaking news. Dr. Dixon on KDAL radio a few minutes ago announced that the last $90 million of bonding will be imposed on Duluth next year in 2009 rather than 2011. That way a new school board won’t be able to prevent the final financing of the Red Plan.
