The Governor’s nominee

I received a letter yesterday from Governor Pawlenty informing me that he has submitted my name to President Obama as a nominee to serve on our local Selective Service Board.

Let’s hope the only war that breaks out is the one bubbling over in Duluth. I’d like to draft a lot of people for that one.
