The crumbs

The crumbs from JCI’s huge windfall have been publically announced by the District. The Press didn’t report this info when the firms were all trotted out at the last School Board meeting. Among the many discouraging things we’ve seen throughout the work on the Red Plan is the craven willingness of local construction people to turn a blind eye to the rape of Duluth for the sake of a piece of the action.
