Corrections – again

When I learn that my blog needs correcting I usually oblige.

Here are two more:

1. I wrote in “Last to know – as usual” that the Rockridge Neighbors reported that the sale of that property had fallen though on Friday of last week. A closer reading of that site indicates that they didn’t report it until Tuesday of this week. My gripe of being kept in the dark by our administration for four or five days may be an exaggeration. Still, I woke up on Wednesday of this week to see the Duluth Tribune’s banner headline of the sale falling through before our administration had given me me a head’s up. The blog post’s complaint found in the title still holds up.

2. I wrote in Rosie’s Hardball that an unnamed possible candidate I was recruiting had gotten a call from Rosie who tried to discourage this candidacy. It would be more accurate to say that of all the people the prospective candidate talked to Rosie was the only one who, in her unsolicited phone call, did not encourage this Duluthian to run while also suggesting that Bill Westholm would run. There was no mention of anything about a DFL endorsement in the conversation contrary to my blog assertion.
