Just read the most recent Zenith. It has a devastating appraisal of the District which is based in part on the news stories from five years ago and this blog today. Its not yet online. I’ll link when I can.

I was goiing through old files on my computer and once again ran across the proof of the District’s hubris – the insupporatble boast to the state that the District would reap 5 million in annual operational savings if only the State approved the Red Plan.

It may have been a boast but today’s headlines sure make it look like an out and out lie and a very big one at that:
