Is it “Minnesota Nice” to call a traitor a traitor? text and video

I owe Congressman Pete Stauber an apology, a very big apology. I am so angry with myself for passing on clearly incendiary and inaccurate information that I am ending my campaign for Congress. Truth be told there’s not much of a campaign. I have been the little neighborhood dog that barked non stop but it takes more than noise to campaign for Congress. There are plenty of reasons not to support the incumbent congressman but my allegation of traitorous behavior was uncalled for.

I stated unequivocally that Pete Stauber voted against certifying several state’s electors to prevent Joe Biden from becoming our President. I was wrong. Congressman Stauber was one of two Minnesota Republican congressmen to vote for the certification. The other was Congressman Emmer. I think I knew that a year ago. How I came to unlearn it is a lesson in chasing rabbits down holes.

I will not be voting for Pete Stauber. I will vote for the Democrat who is challenging him in the General election, most likely Jen Schultz. Abe, if you can hear me, I apologize to you too.
