The Republican Supreme Court

When a Facebook page decrying the decision to hold a primary in Wisconsin popped up I added my thoughts to a post suggesting that there was a name for someone on the liberal side who wasn’t treating Chief Justice Robert’s and the Republican majority of the Supreme Court fairly for forcing Wisconsin voters to risk death in order to vote. I was biting my tongue in replying to Brian:

(Harry Welty to Brian), I have read that nothing in Wisconsin law requires votes to be postmarked by election day to be counted. And yet in throwing out the lower court’s ruling to give fearful voters a chance to avoid contamination by mailing in their ballots a day or two later the US Supreme Court imposed that standard on Wisconsin making it the law. It was legislating. This was like an earlier Supreme Court taking away Florida court’s authority to rule that the most accurate vote total gave Florida to Al Gore in 2000. I suspect you see nothing wrong in Trump’s ignoring all restraint put on previous presidents to run our government by yes men. Why should I take your outrage seriously? You probably don’t give a damn that our courts are being turned into partisan accessories of the Republican and now Trumplican party.
Is there a word for people like you?

As for a journalisticly honest reply I offer you this critique from the fair minded long time Supreme Court Reporter Linda Greenhouse. The Supreme Court Fails Us.
