Those wishing to have a reasonably compact look at the history of the Welty et al lawsuit should go out and pick up a copy of this week’s Zenith at a tabloid newsstand near you.
Jennifer Martin-Romme has spent hours reviewing the case material in the District Court offices. Hers is a pretty simple outline of the case, its history and motions. She has a little information that’s not particularly flattering to the monied interests but Martin-Romme doesn’t go out of her way to take sides. Kudos to the Zenith for at least reporting on the suit.
In time I suspect the story will appear online after a delay sufficiently long to insure that eager readers don’t skip the print version of the Zenith. When it does appear you will be able to read it here. I’ll be sure to link to it if and when it makes its online appearance.
