If not why did Mimi Larson sign and send letters to candidate’s for the State Legislature which concluded:
“Please reject the negative, defeatist approach of LDV. Support MoreForwardDuluth and our local elected officials as we work together to invest in Duluth’s future.”
Move Forward Duluth is lobbying against changing legislation.
