There’s not much point linking to this. Its short and sweet and demonstrates that the people in Proctor see more clearly what’s going on in Duluth than the City Council the Duluth News Tribune or the Duluth School Board.
Kent Worley’s April 9 commentary, “Student safety cannot be resolved at Ordean site,” spelled out the student safety issues at Ordean and the undeniable site problems.
Let’s be honest; there is already plenty of traffic trying to squeeze through the Superior Street and London Road bottlenecks at 40th Avenue East. If the existing Central High School is so horrible it can’t be renovated, tear it down and build a new Central in its current, most suitable site – and scratch the Ordean plan right out of the red plan.
