The Duluth City Planning Commission ruled last night that the entire Red Plan didn’t merrit the first step toward a year long Enviormmental assessment. But it also strongly signaled that at least two of the individual sites Lester Park Elementary and the new Ordean Junior High would and possibly more sites as well.
Kent Worley, Duluth’s premier landscape architect has been warning about the flawed Ordean site for well over a year. He recently compared what this new high school will offer Duluth compared to other excellent highschools across the nation.
