Reducing transportation costs via scheduling to save $180,000.
Reducing school administrator positions to save $124,000.
Cuts to middle school music instruction to save $180,000.
Eliminate the teen parent program to save $110,000.
Eliminate the Kinder Korner program to save $18,000.
Forgo a legal adviser at board meetings to save $6,300.
Reduce athletics/activities at middle schools to save $70,000.
Cut courses that have too few students to save $180,000.
