My inbox today has one email from an unimpressed observer:
Well, that mayor who insisted he couldn’t be involved in the Red Plan while neighborhoods were being destroyed, schools lost forever city divided has decided its time.
And what brings him to the dance? – The Congdon hockey rinks.
The waste of a school with baseball, softball, football, tennis courts wasn’t enough. The loss of a school that was successful in the mix of socio-economic and race couldn’t do it. But here goes that special tax money to save the Congdon rinks.
Well, gotta dance with them that brung ya.
