Some humility is long overdue:

Gronseth touched on the failure of the operating levy referendum, a projected $5 million deficit and looming job cuts. He talked about the need to sell unused properties, finishing the four remaining schools under the Red Plan and working with the community and state to do so, and within budget. He addressed the sense of loss and mistrust that some feel because of the Red Plan.

“There is talk of healing the community, and we need to come together and identify what that looks like,” Gronseth said. “At this point, we can’t undo the Red Plan. The question is, where do we go from here?”
