I’m pretty sure it was the 2001 operational levy referendum that Judy Punyko-Seliga told me she couldn’t support because the Duluth School Board just hadn’t shown the courage to close any schools. I guess she was just thinking along the lines of the Duluth Chamber of Commerce. She probably thinks the School Board has finally acted courageously.
