My science or your science

My buddy sent me two interesting items today. As you might have guessed my buddy and I are sometimes a bit testy with each other. In fact, I unilaterally decided to stop almost all my emailing to him a couple months back because I spent so much time arguing with him in email that it threatened my ability to use productive time on projects of greater interest to me. He still twits me regularly and asks what Lincoln Democrat would say about this and that. He now has to suffer in the void unless I choose to reply in a blog post.

Notwithstanding that I’m glad he keeps me in his loop and he keeps sending me interesting things. This is the first of two he sent me last night. It comes from one of the “conservative” blog sites that usually annoy me Southdakotapolitics. In this case South Dakota makes a good point. Its not just conservatives who would prefer to warp science into something more agreeable.

“Liberals” do it too.do it too.
