And I almost didn’t read this:

All of us are going to be on welfare soon because of this Red Plan. You people who wanted this Red Plan: Open up your checkbooks and pay for it. You got took; now pay your dues.

Its too bad Mr. Newquist wasn’t on the Council a few years back.
