The Duluth School District decides what kind of superintendent they want to replace Keith Dixon

Sounds like Keith Dixon.

From the DNT

Has a 21st century educational vision for the district, can articulate it and is able to work with staff and the community to implement programs to meet the needs of the district’s students.

Is approachable, accessible, humble, kind and exhibits openness and a willingness to listen and work collaboratively with all groups.

Is an excellent communicator who can influence and represent the district internally and externally.

Is able to recruit and motivate the finest educators and provide resources for them to be successful.

Has a strong understanding of school finance and district budgeting.

I hope there is a longer wish list of character traits that includes honesty.
