Shore lunch

I was up at 4AM getting ready for our charter fishing expedition on the big lake. We slid under the bridge at 6AM and got five and a half hours in. Four fishermen. Four fish. Probably four full meals.

For lunch I had Chinook Salmon, Lake Trout and Walleye. Each was cooked on a cedar plank. Yum, Yum.

Even on the boat I couldn’t get away from the Red Plan. I was told about how the District has been buying up homes for three years in neighborhoods with no schools to tear down often at the seller’s askiing price. One home seller in Riverside was delighted to sell his house to the District for what he first asked for a couple years back. The Riverside School was closed years ago. That smelled much more fishy to me than our fresh and delightful lunch.
