Architectural Resources lists pages of meetings showing how much input the public had into the Red Plan. But even if you agree with the claim that the public had a lot of input (and I don’t) that input ended a year ago. So the changes that drop three Red Plan projects and materially change most of the rest have not been viewed by the public – or even the School Board.
Remember the reason given by Commissioner Seagren from preventing Two Harbors from implementing their 4 day school week – insufficient proof of community input.
