Dr. Dixon has already offered a four day week to deal with the dysfunctional state of affairs he has brought upon Duluth. The Board rejected the idea. Not so the Two Harbors/Silver Bay School District.
It was because Dr. Dixon had lost so much trust in Faribault that he could not get a levy passed that he was encouraged to leave that town. Is Two Harbors a glimpse at our future in Duluth? If so, it is one more testament to the great educational value of bricks to public education.
