Cook and Orr aren’t taking it lying down

One of my biggest regrets is not demanding that public data on the Red Plan be made public. That was one of the key things my recent court adversaries fought tooth and nail to prevent. Good luck to Orr and Tower. They should remember that all the email between the District and JCI having to do with the spending of public money is considered public data under Minnesota law.
