5636 emails

I sure as Heck hope the District and JCI fess up when they finally answer our discovery requests. I’m spending a lot of time digging out useless info for them.

I looked at my old email this morning and thought about my wife’s advice to delete it all because it just wasted valuable space on the computer. I wish I’d taken it but I’m the kind of guy who hates to delete anything that might in any way show what I was doing, thinking or saying. Now I’ve got to turn over documents including email that might show the defense counsel that …..Well, I sure can’t see what the point is other than to make my life miserable and maybe scare my friends. Of course anything I hand over including my orders for illicit drugs, offers of marriage from women in third-world countries and hissy fits from pro Red Plan supporters would become public record.

My email system won’t allow me to simply print out the email headings so I called a friend who told me about free software I could download that would allow me to print out whatever was on the monitor screen. I downloaded it but I had to call my friend again when I couldn’t open it. He told me where to download a zip drive that would install it to my computer. After an hour of this I finally printed out a page off that list of old emails. To get all the emails printed out I had to scroll down to the next set of names – 48 per page – and print it out separately. I had to hit “print” 117 times to get it all printed out. Thank goodness my computer crashed a year ago and I lost all the old email because four hours later I had a list of 5636 emails with senders, subject headings and dates ready to hand over to the attorneys.

Tonight I’ve got to go through them like a CIA librarian and black out the names of innocent parties or the District and JCI could go for their jugulars. I pity the teacher who’s name was in my outlook express. They’d probably get reassigned to the boiler room.
