Adding the School Board to our complaint

Five taxpayers are currently bringing suit against Johnson Controls and the Duluth School District. Today we’ve asked the court to add six of the School Board members to the case thus allowing for the possible levying of punitive damages against them for the injury they are inflicting on taxpayers by continuing to implement an unlawful contract. If these Board members had any doubt about their legal culpability that should have been resolved at their mention in our original pleadings. They are continuing to approve bids under an unlawful contract. On April 2nd six of them voted to approve 1.1 million worth of Red Plan contracts.

This is but one of several motions brought to the Court today. As regular readers of this blog have noticed I’ve been extremely busy of late and much Red Plan news has gone unreported on here. I will be out of town for most of tomorrow so the slow news reporting will not change immediately. However, I’ve recently completed a great deal of work that has pulled me away from my fight to stop the Red Plan. I hope to resume it with full force shortly.
