NJ “ponzi” bonding vs. Duluth

For those, like me, trying to make sense of the implications of bonding this article is an eye opener. It involves the state of New Jersey so is not quite analagous to the municipality of the Duluth School District. The article was also written by a man with a strong prejudice.

Nonetheless, The District is offering bonds that are almost three hundred percent over its annual budget without voter approval. Compare that with New Jersey.
