Karen, from LDV pointed out this tidbit from today’s DNTribune:

“But there are other reasons why Duluth might not seem as
attractive to homebuyers as neighboring communities,
Garnett said: Continued uncertainty about the school
district’s future building decisions scares away some
homeowners who worry they can’t count on their
neighborhood school sticking around;”

And Karen also pointed this out pertaining to the repeated use of the $125,000 average home price that the District partisans keep resting their fat little laurels on. Karen asks:

“The article also listed the 2007 median home sale
price of $153,000. So why does the SD continue to use
the $125,100?”
