Think Kids

I plan to start attending the District’s Think Kids meetings. I don’t expect them to give me much in new insights to add to forty years of dancing with public schools and ours in particular. I did see what appeared to be two civilians on the News tonight with a half dozen District folks at the Denfeld meeting.

It hadn’t snowed and it was a balmy twenty degrees. Unless the numbers change in the next few meetings I think I’ll conclude that sometimes people can just be meetinged out. It doesn’t mean they don’t care. I think it may mean that they want the folks in charge to simply turn on the ignition and take the car out of the garage.

I saw Art Johnston and Rosie Loeffler-Kemp at the meeting. Good for them.
