I’ll believe its the last email when I stop seeing any more of them

After receiving a host of emails from the Obama campaign over the past year the pace of emails has picked up greatly as the campaign nears its end. It all started when I sent a $100 donation to the 2008 campaign. With three days left before the Tuesday election I finally got one with a title sufficient for me to open: “Goodbye Harry.”

Obama – Biden

Harry —

This is me saying goodbye to your inbox.

I know, I know. But PLEASE don’t celebrate until you’ve hit submit on that donation.

Seriously, we have our final big budget meeting tomorrow, and we need your help.

Even if this is your first and last donation to the 2012 campaign, it’ll make a big impact on these last few days:

Thank you for coming through.

After six months of massive unplanned spending on home repair I don’t feel at all guilty for not contributing this round. Besides I’ve inundated my eight loyal readers with criticisms of the GOP and Mitt Romney. That’s my contribution.
