Policy Statement

Discrimination might occur by:

  1.   3. Any worker or pupil that has understanding of discrimination or harassment based on battle, color, faith, creed, cultural or nationwide beginning, impairment, age as relevant, status as being a protected veteran, hereditary information, and just about every other category protected by federal or state civil liberties law linked to Austin Peay State University (APSU) against another worker or pupil to be able to report such offenses; and,
  4.
