I didn&#8217;t read any of the three posts where I&#8217;d used that word but I suspect they may not necessarily be used in the sense of &#8220;wild card&#8221; as in <em>a wild card has been played in the Congressional race<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Wild card&#8221; makes no appearance in the blog but &#8220;joker&#8221; does.
