Its sort of like adding ten times as much sugar to a cake to discourage people from eating it.<\/p>\n<p>It rather reminds me of all the GOP Congressmen who championed Congressional term limits until their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cato.org\/pubs\/briefs\/bp41.pdf\">&#8220;terms&#8221;<\/a> came to an end.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nAs part of the Contract with America, Republican members of the House of Representatives promised that, if<br \/>\nelected, they would work to enact term limits.
