Canada&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/articles\/266691\/what-gop-can-learn-canada-s-conservatives-michael-barone\">equivalent<\/a> of the Republican Party plans to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/m\/touch\/politics\/story\/2011\/09\/16\/environment-ozone-monitoring.html\">stop monitoring it<\/a>.
