After the post from OccupyMinnesota came out my sculpture and the death of Renee Good was panned by what I think can only be called “incels” dancing on her grave. As I read their responses on one of the pages I could see I thought to myself there is a reason these Fellows (or bots) are called incels. Incels stands for involuntarily celibate. Given their misogyny I think a more accurate name would be volcels. Voluntarily celibate (based on their unpleasantness) <\/p>\n

That led a local poet to pen a short Poem she shared online:<\/p>\n

\nIn Duluth, Minnesota
\na well-known snow sculptor
\ncrafts a car on his front lawn\u2014
\nHonda Pilot with smiling driver,
\narm hanging out.
\nHe adds a sign that says,
\n\u201cI\u2019m not mad at you.\u201d
\nSomeone places flowers
\non the white canvas.<\/p>\n

\nsome even rejoicing at her death.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s going to be cold in Minnesota\u2014
\nwind chills as low as -60.
\nThe snow car and driver
\nwill be around a long time.
\nPerhaps long enough
\nfor the haters to find
\ntheir humanity.
