Depending on how much Trump makes America a middle finger I get bad to slightly better sleep. Trump is at his worstest now and it ain’t going to get better but despite that three of the last four nights have delivered 3 out of four nights I was told were between 60% and 70% good a starting improvement over recent months since Musk donated one thousandth of his fortune to elect Trump at the last minutes.

I hope I have a couple worthwhile and short posts. I call them 3-4’s which is today’s date in 2025. I’ve already spent ten minutes connecting their “last post,” “next post” links. My poor wife is sick with Covid which caused us both to cancel our flight to visit her brother in warm Arizona this week. I fix her orange juice and ignore her. It has given me lots of time to read and write.

Periodically I add items that explain my blog to newcomers. They have been filed under Blog Housekeeping on the left hand list. This one is also listed under “Harry’s Diary” which keeps track of the mundane events in my life like bouts with covid and vacations.

I’ve added a couple pictures from my Flickr account. All this takes time but now except for the writing to come and editing about 30 minutes of organization is out of the way.

Last post Next post I have been checking my sleeping on a wrist band for several years now.
