But even if you agree with the claim that the public had a lot of input (and I don&#8217;t) that input ended a year ago. So the changes that drop three Red Plan projects and materially change most of the rest have not been viewed by the public &#8211; or even the School Board.<\/p>\n<p>Remember the reason given by Commissioner Seagren from preventing Two Harbors from implementing their 4 day school week &#8211;<a href=\"http:\/\/lincolndemocrat.com\/?p=3047\"> insufficient proof of community input<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>My BS detector has just jumped waaaaaay off the scales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Look at page 23 &#8211; 26 of the same hidden document sent to the Education Commissioner.
