(Tony&#8217;s political career\u00c2\u00a0has been\u00c2\u00a0wrecked because the Brits didn&#8217;t like Bush&#8217;s\u00c2\u00a0swagger either) Bush almost sounded like the man who campaigned for President in 2000 by saying that the United States\u00c2\u00a0should act on the world stage\u00c2\u00a0with humility. Instead America has been humiliated. The\u00c2\u00a0humble pie\u00c2\u00a0Bush confessed that saying such things as &#8220;Bring it on&#8221; really hadn&#8217;t been helpful.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not sure this new more honest tack will help him keep support for the war. The 70% of Americans who think the war was a mistake will not change their minds.
