After dropping our grandson, the Tan Man, off at daycare my wife and I had a breakfast at the very nice new eatery attached to Great Harvest Bread. We had breakfast paninis and looked over their copy of the New York Times.<\/p>\n
The first page of today’s New York Time’s national news section has an article <\/a>about the retirement, after forty years service, of Superior’s Congressman David Obey. The Duluth Chamber of Commerce Newsletter and Tribune had the story on page three. Go figure.<\/p>\n What the Trib had on page one was the listing of three local awards to good citizens. The Times headline on the Obey story suggested that it was a blow to the Democratic party nationally. The Trib’s headline simply suggested that Obey was tired<\/a>.
