Jared Diamond&#8217;s newer book &#8220;Collapse&#8221; is trying to reignite those fears and says that\u00c2\u00a0Rwanda&#8217;s genocide was a preview of that apocalypse.\u00c2\u00a0So to may\u00c2\u00a0be the genocidal fighting\u00c2\u00a0in Darfur.<\/p>\n<p>Europe and Japan offer a quite different prospect for the future as their populations decline.<\/p>\n<p>America enjoys a nice balance and its not just because of immigration. Newsweek&#8217;s Robers J.
