The last thing I did before crashing into bed a little before midnight was to see how many visitors there were to this blog yesterday. Lots of folks knew that things were about to happen but I hadn’t posted a single item all day. <\/p>\n
I always get the most visitors on the days I have the time to write a lot of posts. Even without a single post until 11:30PM I had 250 visitors yesterday. That tied the daily record for this blog. Perhaps that’s not so surprising. I usually only watch one football game a year – the Superbowl. (I only watch it for the ads) We call such people fair weather friends but that’s not entirely fair. Life gets busy and its hard to constantly monitor everything. People are like cooks. They pay more attention to the pot just before it bubbles over. <\/p>\n
Let Duluth Vote hasn’t quite reached the Superbowl yet but I think its safe to say we’re in the playoffs. Let’s break that visitor record today. I’ll do some serious posting today and if you know some who has never heard of this site bring it to their attention.<\/p>\n
