After crawling in bed at 2AM last night I was a little surprised to wake up just before my 6AM alarm. I had work to do and kept at it up to and past my scheduled 9AM meeting with the taxpayer’s attorney Craig Hunter. Having spent the late night hours reading a stack of the defendants legal memoranda I had a few questions. <\/p>\n
It was responding to those questions that had set our early morning meeting but I had to ask for a few more minutes as my phone was busy. I got to his office at a quarter to eleven and having gotten one expensive parking ticket at a meter on a previous occasion I just headed into the parking ramp.<\/p>\n
It was a short meeting, forty minutes maybe. He had a slew of documents to draw up. Mine was simple and addressed an inaccurate assertion by the defense attorneys. Afterward I hit Craig hard with the questions that trouble me. <\/p>\n
