Its shows the enrollment decline of ISD 709 and the increase of just one area charter school system &#8211; the Edison Schools. Edison is expecting another 80 new students to transfer in from the Duluth School District next year over and above its regular enrollment.<\/p>\n<p>I still haven&#8217;t had time to calculate next year&#8217;s likely out migration for Duluth but I&#8217;ve discovered that <a href=\"http:\/\/lincolndemocrat.com\/?p=2096\">our Finance Director is oblivious to it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The overall trend lines will look like this only much worse.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is an old graph from the Trib.
