Their firm was awarded the contract to drawing up a review and comment for Plan B to present to the Minnesota Dept of Education. I&#8217;ve speculated in an earlier post about the possibility they simply put in a bid to collect a little pocket change resulting in a crumby report that would be nixed by the MDE. After spending six hours with them that&#8217;s not my impression. I&#8217;ll be meeting with them tonight and we&#8217;ll tour more buildings tomorrow morning. they only have three weeks to get it done.
