{"id":2045,"date":"2009-04-29T23:43:19","date_gmt":"2009-04-30T04:43:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lincolndemocrat.com\/?p=2045"},"modified":"2009-04-30T00:10:33","modified_gmt":"2009-04-30T05:10:33","slug":"well-which-is-it","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lincolndemocrat.com\/?p=2045","title":{"rendered":"Well which is it?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday&#8217;s Trib based <a href=\"http:\/\/www.duluthnewstribune.com\/event\/article\/id\/118867\/\">its editorial <\/a>on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.duluthnewstribune.com\/event\/article\/id\/118866\/\">a letter from a student <\/a>complaining that his Central High School Classmates behaved poorly when introduced to the students at other Duluth High Schools.<\/p>\n<p>My reaction was that the student&#8217;s letter was rather courageous. On the other hand the editorial led me to wonder if the Paper&#8217;s editorial Board was going to jump on the <a href=\"http:\/\/lincolndemocrat.com\/?p=2026\">Ralph Doty bandwagon <\/a>and beat up critics of the Red Plan for being uncivilized.<\/p>\n<p>But today&#8217;s paper had <a href=\"http:\/\/www.duluthnewstribune.com\/event\/article\/id\/118941\/\">a story <\/a>about these same student meeting and apparently getting along rather well. It made me wonder how short lived this high spirited rebellion was.
