I made up my mind that after last Tuesday’s school board meeting I would pull back from my LDV work with the exception of keeping this blog up to date. Yeah sure.<\/p>\n
It hasn’t quite worked out yet. As you can see from two posts ago I was up till 1AM last night…(typed incorrectly as “IAM”) I still haven’t edited it because after struggling out of bed at 7AM this morning I was asked to work on two more critical LDV tasks. Even now there’s an LDV meeting going on that I was asked to attend but I ain’t going. <\/p>\n
Since grabbing my first cup of coffee this morning I’ve put 4 and a half straight hours into LDV stuff and only now have gotten back to the Blog. And there are a number of things that just beg for posts like responding to the latest attack on me by the Budgeteer’s narcissistic “assistant editor.” That and editing last night’s post will have to wait. <\/p>\n
For this I’ve neglected my family including my Grandson who called my name pitifully a couple of times while my back was turned to him working on LDV stuff. Everyone gave up on me and went to the Aquarium without me. Maybe I’ll get out to rake the yard this afternoon when my family returns.
