Sullivan speculates that the reason Bush hasn&#8217;t bothered vetoing any bills is because he simply administers the law\u00c2\u00a0the way he sees fit<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boston.com\/news\/nation\/washington\/articles\/2006\/04\/30\/bush_challenges_hundreds_of_laws\/\"><strong>The Boston Globe reports<\/strong><\/a><strong> that so far Bush<\/strong> <strong>has disobeyed 750 laws.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Maybe America needs\u00c2\u00a0a Magna Carta. Then again, maybe a good old fashioned impeachment <em>would<\/em> do the trick. Declaring a war based on questionable intelligence is not a high crime or misdemeanor. Running the war incompetently isn&#8217;t one either. Neither is letting your bumbling, bullying, Secretary of Defense\u00c2\u00a0take over the portfolio of Secretary of Scapegoat. But ignoring\u00c2\u00a0his office&#8217;s\u00c2\u00a0Constitutional requirement to enforce the laws of Congress&#8230;&#8230;well that may be sufficient grounds.
