He is a much sought after expert on alternative educational experiences such as charter schools. <strong>Let Duluth Vote <\/strong>thought his insights would be much welcomed as Duluth contemplates the future of its public schools. He will make a presentation at the soon to be abandoned, ten-year old, Secondary Technical Center. If you&#8217;ve not been there before come see what you&#8217;ve been missing at &#8220;the View.&#8221; Dr. Nathan&#8217;s topic is the same as the title of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncef.org\/pubs\/saneschools.pdf\">his new report<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I spoke with Mr. Nathan many times when I was on the Duluth School Board about charter schools.
