He asked if I would tell my readers that it was the Duluth Reader not him who chose the Title of his most recent column. In the Reader its <a href=\"http:\/\/duluthreader.com\/articles\/2016\/11\/16\/8307_the_public_be_damned\">&#8220;The Public be Damned.&#8221;<\/a> That phrase, however, was only intended as a subheading which had a longer handle. Loren is a bit miffed as he regards the title as a little less subtle than he prides himself on being. <\/p>\n<p>Having just watched the Business Committee meeting in question <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/Y-uCTJXbtKw?t=20m30s\">on Youtube<\/a> ( I was out of town when it took place ) I can attest that Loren&#8217;s story is faithful to the events he scrupulously lays out. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Loren Martell just left me a phone message request.
