If this information about local Stimulus package spending in today&#8217;s Trib is right we&#8217;re not going to get it.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Duluth public schools<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Duluth schools had hoped for about $60 million in federal money but probably won&#8217;t fare well when the cash is finally given out.
