Dr. Dixon was interviewed about his thoughts on Mike&#8217;s bill which would make future red plans impossible without a referendum. One thing caught my ear. Dr. Dixon argued that the School District didn&#8217;t break any laws. <\/p>\n<p>Well, that&#8217;s a stirring defense.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, its also quite legal to execute innocent prisoners just so long as the courts find them guilty of a capital offense.
